Who are we

Trac has been helping people get back into work for over 15 years. We have a reputation for delivering a quality service which empathizes with your needs and helps you focus on your future working life. Trac is working in partnership with Jobfit and Capital Training Wales to deliver welfare to work programmes throughout Mid & West Wales on behalf of Jobcentre Plus.

What we do

Our advisers are on hand to help you improve your chances of getting a job. Trac have supported over 7,000 people back into work. If you need help with your CV or want to brush up your jobsearch skills, the Employment Support Centre could be just the place for you.

Trac is delighted to announce that we will be working with Jobfit for the next 7 years delivering support for unemployed individuals in Carmarthenshire and Powys.

Operations Manager John Evans says ' We are aware of the challenges we face in these difficult economic times but are confident that we can play our part in helping Jobfit achieve its goals by working in partnership. Trac won this contract against stiff competition and it is hugely satisfying that the hard work that the team has put in supporting unemployed individuals has been recognised'.
